Effective internal communication is a fundamental element for the organization and functioning of healthcare services, especially in public institutions, where structural and human resource limitations directly affect administrative processes. In this context, the present study general objective to propose the implementation of Padlet as an internal communication tool for the Human Resources Department of Dr. José Pedro Bezerra Hospital. The study is characterized as an intervention project with a qualitative approach and an applied nature, based on direct observation of the workplace, the collection of administrative information, and the author's professional experience. The proposal seeks to reduce unnecessary staff displacement, minimize the workload associated with face-to-face services, and expand remote access to administrative information. It is expected that the implementation of the tool will contribute to improving internal communication processes and strengthening the efficiency of healthcare management.
