This essential material aims to inform and educate healthcare professionals about Regulatory Standard 32 (NR-32) of the Ministry of Labor, which establishes basic guidelines for implementing measures to protect the safety and health of workers in healthcare services. Its importance lies in the fact that it provides guidance on the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the handling of biological materials, the prevention of chemical and radiation risks, and the proper disposal of waste, being applicable in places such as clinics, laboratories, health centers, and especially hospitals. By protecting health, reducing the risk of contamination and accidents, and ensuring the quality of life of professionals, the booklet promotes a safer work environment and emphasizes the role of collective responsibility in guaranteeing occupational health and safety.
