Melhoria de processo para análise de viabilidade em uma startup de hardware

Abstract

The present text aims to present an improvement in the methodology of business management and feasibility analysis of a product in a hardware startup. The processes initially take into account the canvas with the built business model, then this model will be applied to the fnancial analysis of the business plan, in order to test the correlation of costs and to anticipate possible problems. The process focuses on the fnancial cost metrics that is analyzed in each phase of the project. The Potiguar Energy hardware startup was created and used as an initial project to validate the methodology processes. The aim of the work is the creation of an easy analysis method by crossing data from two known tools, canvas and business plan, in order to understand and to plan the enterprise as a whole before making the project unfeasible in the long run.
