The study evaluated, diagnosed and proposed procedural and structural changes in the startup's management with the intention of improving the company's results in a constant and manageable way, based on the Objective and key results methodology aligned with the theme of process management bringing Business process management to support better management of the operation to be well aligned with strategic metrics. The organization's organizational chart was developed and its effectiveness was analyzed according to the flow of information and constructions, constituting proposals for improvements and their due alignment with the company. Then, strategic directions and their indicators were created to measure the company's objective. With the strategic guidance for the organization, the startup's value chain was produced, with modifications being made to the execution of business processes. Once the application was made, the transformations made it possible to clarify the functioning and development of the organization, with monitoring metrics, leading to the achievement of the objective of applying the methodologies and analyzing their effectiveness in management performance.
