On a global scale, syphilis has been a public health concern due to a high incidence of the disease in the last decades, especially in Brazil. This disease has become a serious public health problem, awakening the urgency to develop actions aimed at the detection, control, and especially the dissemination of information about the risks of this disease. This paper aimed to develop an educational game in a quiz format, entitled QuizSífilis, to educate the public regarding the syphilis subject, in the quest to promote the culture of awareness and prevention of this infection. The QuizSífilis game was developed in JavaScript and planned to contain questions and multiple choice answers that approach relevant information about syphilis. In this way, steps were planned for the elaboration of the questions, architecture, design and identity. The visual identity was inspired by the logo, colors, and templates of the Laboratório de Inovação Tecnológica em Saúde (LAIS/UFRN). The QuizSífilis was validated by a sample of 20 researchers, who approved its design and the various levels of questions, which total 45 questions focused on the theme of syphilis. In addition, the game guarantees playability and code adjusted to web and mobile needs and specifications.
