This research aims to analyze the organizational climate at the Tributation State Secretary of Rio Grande do Norte (SET/RN) through the perception of its interns. The study is classified as qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory. A total of 24 interns voluntarily participated and answered a survey consisting of 20 mandatory multiple-choice questions and 1 non-mandatory open-ended question. The survey is divided into five sections: Physical Infrastructure of Work, Communication and Leadership, Learning Process of Intern Skills, Inter-Management Process, and Quality of Life at Work. The learning process session received the highest evaluation score, while the intern management session received the lowest evaluation score. Notably, 100% of interns would recommend the internship at SET to their colleagues in other graduation courses.
