This study presents the analysis of management information system of a hospital in Alexandria, a city in Rio Grande do Norte. The research method was based on library research and descriptive, which were conducted surveys, interviews and observations. To understand this system was necessary to examine the production process, raise the flow of information the registration documents and procedures involved.
