It involves good practices at all stages of the food chain and risk awareness. This work presents results of a study that aimed to evaluate the hygienic-sanitary conditions of food delivery services in Carapicuíba/SP. Five UANs were analyzed, and all sanitary parameters were evaluated based on RDC 216. The adequacy and inadequacy percentages were calculated and then the arithmetic mean was calculated to obtain an overall classification. The results showed an overall classification of "regular" with 61% of compliance for FNUs in Carapicuíba/SP.
