Health professionals need to be able and skilled to quickly recognize the signs of the pathology, especially Primary Health Care professionals, considered the gateway to the diagnosis and profile of the disease. However, it is still important in the recognition, diagnosis of the disease, and treatment by health professionals. The development of capabilities for the treatment of RF began to occur, mainly, and the increase in the progression of evolution began to occur. During the pandemic, due to the need for social isolation, the adaptation of health education models became essential. Thus, education to fundamental education will be created through distance education on FR, in the mold of its education through remote project. Therefore, a guide protocol was developed, applied to 36 Medicine and Nursing Students, through a practical simulation carried out in four stages. This education work for remote teaching the transition from the face-to-face model in FR. It showed that the virtual training was complemented to increase the topic addressed on RF, from a theoretical point of view. The region's diagnostic mode and more remote treatment can increase as the regional diagnostic capacity and the increase capacity of the region increase.
