Such research is necessary, because as it was verified in the course of the work, a relevant number of disciplinary procedures are opened in the scope of the University that is the focus of the research, and that according to data presented by the Comptroller General of the Union – CGU, the cost of a disciplinary procedure entails a high expense for the treasury.
