Founded, managed and designed entirely by black women, the company went through a niche market transition and therefore needed to adapt its social and communication networks. This article aims to demonstrate the result of the digital campaign developed to accompany this transition and resolve the communication noise that exists between Bensà and the public, which sees the company as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), thus hindering the sales flow. With this, digital pieces and institutional videos were produced, which present the company, its services and contents from an Afro-centric vision.
