Thus, it aims to discuss the playfulness in music education for inclusive practice. The study used as methodology the qualitative approach, the study type of case, with the interview data construction procedures and participant observation. These results demonstrated that playfulness in music education, specifying the care of students with special educational needs, has been set up as a matter of fundamental importance to education, due to the possibility to those involved in the teaching-learning process a fullness of experience in the practical experience. In general terms we can understand the playful as an element that refers to games, toys and games having as essence the pleasure, joy and satisfaction. In this sense, playfulness differs from the playful to understand a state, ie, a condition of the subject before the playful action. So the playfulness characterized as a fullness of experience afforded by living the playful practice.
