Programa escola aberta: a significativa experiência de aprender a ensinar dança em um projeto social. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso. Curso de Licenciatura em Dança, Centro de Ciências Humanas, Letras e Artes, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/57990This work is an autobiographical research that presents my relationship with art since childhood until the moment I became a ballet teacher in the Escola Aberta Program, a national project that established partnerships with the Municipal Department of Education of the city of Natal/ RN. The Open School Program operated on weekends to carry out community activities. The study aims to understand the significance of integrating dance into the school curriculum and social projects, highlighting its benefits for children, adolescents and young people, as well as the community in general. The main focus is to investigate how volunteer work can be a tool for significant and collaborative knowledge development for inexperienced teachers, especially in the area of dance, contributing to the development of their pedagogical and practical skills. The study adopts a qualitative approach, combining documentary analysis and bibliographical research that covers academic studies, articles and books on dance, education and social projects, while the documentary analysis is based on memories and records related to the program.Dança; Ensino; Projeto social; BaléDance; Teaching; Social project; BalletPrograma escola aberta: a significativa experiência de aprender a ensinar dança em um projeto socialbachelorThesis
