O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel às urgências como cenário para a formação médica: potencialidades e desafios. 2020. 81f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Educação, Trabalho e Inovação em Medicina) - Escola Multicampi de Ciências Médicas do Rio Grande do Norte, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2020.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/31844The Integrated Community Experience emerges as a proposal for an active methodology in the integration of the teaching-service-community triad, acting as something innovative in the teaching-learning process. This being a module of the medical course at the Multicampi School of Medical Sciences, it provides the student with an opportunity to be inserted in different fields of the health system, in addition to promoting integration between the university, managers and health workers. This research seeks to identify the potential and challenges of the training experience in pre-hospital care developed in the Mobile Emergency Care Service from the student's perspective. Being a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study, it uses as data both the researcher's experience and the students' reports about the impact of the insertion of the Mobile Emergency Service in their training. From the thematic analysis, four categories were created, namely: “The moment at the central SAMU, consisted only of a conference”; “Upon entering the service, we became part of what used to be mere speculation”; “Every experience is valid for training, even if we don't reach all expectations”; and "Teaching and learning are the master springs of the same process", with which the students' speeches were worked. The results achieved prove that the Integrated Living in the Community contributes to the strengthening of academic and professional training, in addition to allowing students to collaborate with the professionals of the service in which they are inserted, helping both the service and the university to remedy or minimize the weaknesses pointed out. , such as a better organization of time during visits, greater clarification about the protocols, among others, guaranteeing a greater use of the discipline in question, serving as a guide for other training institutions that wish to implement this methodology in their curricula. The research aims to understand the process of articulation and systematization of the institutional relationship between the Mobile Emergency Service and the university; to identify the students' perception regarding the learning of the Integrated Living in the Community, listing their strengths and weaknesses.Acesso AbertoSAMUServiços médicos de emergênciaMedicina comunitáriaServiços de saúdeO Serviço de Atendimento Móvel às urgências como cenário para a formação médica: potencialidades e desafiosmasterThesis
