This care is directed to the storage and correct administration of homeopathic medicines, which, once having their own characteristics, require special care. Method: it was carried out in the Literature Review format, selected theoretical references and scientific articles, published in written and electronic media, which fit the proposed theme, in the Portuguese language. The search for information and scientific articles used in this work was carried out on the websites Pubmed, Google Acadêmico, Scielo, Science Direct, website of the Ministry of Health and Anvisa, using the following words and expressions: Homeopathic medicine, Pharmaceutical care in homeopathy and care in the use of homeopathy. Results and Discussion: Homeopathy uses drugs of plant, mineral and animal origin. The medication acts by stimulating the body's natural healing process, it is safe when supervised by the health team, but it has adverse effects like any other medication. The pharmacist must advise his patient on the need for continuous use of the medication, evaluate the prescription or make the most appropriate indication, inform the storage method, evaluate the possible interactions with other medications or foods, inform the appropriate times for taking the medications and its proper dose. Finally, closely monitor possible undesirable effects and the effectiveness of homeopathic treatment. Conclusion: the homeopathic medicine, having its own characteristics as to its origin, mode of action and manufacture, must have its care well disseminated for the correct administration and storage.
