As a result, the consumption of sports editorials in journalism is constant across various media platforms, including radio. Faced with the incorporation of technological tools into journalistic practice, traditional radio stations face the need to adapt to preserve their relevance among fans. In radio, one of the most adopted formats in the last decade is streaming, which consists of the continuous transmission of audio, video data or other types of content over the internet, allowing instant reproduction without the need for prior download. This research aims to analyze the changes between sports broadcasts on radio in Rio Grande do Norte caused by streaming in relation to the dial. The methodological approach of this investigation is the case study, developed through the data collection technique of interviews with commercial radio stations that operate on the dial in the City of Natal (Rio Grande do Norte), with an empirical focus on the following stations: 98 FM, 96 FM, CBN Natal and Jovem Pan News Natal.
