In view of this, research arises that measures how employees constitute the types of work environment, thus determining the organizational climate. In this investigation of the climate of organizations, the characteristics of the work/organizational environment are analyzed, and managers that reflect how employees relate and express themselves with other employees. This work aims to understandanalyze the organizational climate based on the perception of leaders and employees in the company Campos Tour Viagens. The research is a descriptive-quantitative study, which applied a questionnaire with ten employees of the organization that correspond to a total of 100% of the staff of the company, through this method that were collected the necessary data and analyzed according to the technique of quantitative analysis of data, and as the work used the graphical representation was also made a statistical analysis of the results. The results pointed out that the organization provides a work environment in which employees are motivated and tend to feel satisfied in the work environment, stimulating the relationships between employees that determine that the climate in the organization is directed to produce more positive consequences than negative ones. It was concluded that Campos Tour Viagens company has a prevalence of organizational climate directed to a positive and favorable environment, as well as a propensity of other types of clime, such as the climate seen as neutral due to the intentions obtained in the answers of the form, a fact that is fundamental to be analyzed by the company.
