The research involved gathering requirements from the institution’s project coordinators, and after defining business flow models, these were implemented in a module named RecruIT, and integrated into the SAGA platform, a system previously used to manage activity records of project members. The application achieved positive outcomes and was well-received, meeting the main needs of those involved.
