In the state of Rio Grande do Norte (RN), the development of the green port-industry, located in the municipalities of Caiçara do Norte and Galinhos, represents an opportunity for the implementation of a sustainable and innovative logistics infrastructure, focused on renewable energies, such as the production of green hydrogen, in addition to adding value in sectors such as mining, oil, gas, salt, fruit growing, and fishing. Given the expected socioeconomic and environmental impact, logistics plays a crucial role in promoting the integration of modes of transport, reducing costs, and strengthening regional competitiveness. This research aimed to propose an integrated transport logistics model to support the development of this green industrial port in RN. To this end, theoretical research and analysis of three case studies were carried out, one involving a transport company and two involving ports. As a result, the integrated transport logistics network model was developed through the suggestion of using four modes of transport: road, rail, pipeline, and waterway (coastal shipping).
