Engenharia de produção em games: framework para controle de qualidade em jogos digitais. 2025. 71f.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia de Produção) - Departamento de Engenharia de Produção, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/64693The digital games industry has already surpassed traditional entertainment sectors such as cinema and music, generating over 180 billion dollars globally and establishing itself as one of the most significant segments of the creative economy. Despite this growth, many games are launched with serious quality issues, including bugs, delays, incomplete features, and broken promises. This study aimed to analyze the main quality problems in game development and propose a best-practice framework based on Production Engineering tools, contributing to improved quality control and assurance in game projects. A literature review, case study analysis, and a structured questionnaire with players were conducted. The results revealed that lack of transparent communication, absence of structured testing, and poor scope management are among the key factors affecting user experience. The proposed framework organizes tools such as PDCA, QFD, FMEA, Scrum, and Ishikawa across the different phases of the development cycle, offering an adaptable and applicable approach for diverse project contexts. The research highlights the relevance of integrating industrial practices into the digital games industry to increase reliability and perceived product value.pt-BRjogos digitaisqualidadeengenharia de produçãobugsframework.Engenharia de produção em games: framework para controle de qualidade em jogos digitaisProduction engineering in games: framework for quality control in digital gamesbachelorThesisENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA DE PRODUCAO::GERENCIA DE PRODUCAO::GARANTIA DE CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE
