To prepare this course conclusion work, a survey was conducted at Cecafes headquarters, where 9 permissions were interviewed. The first chapter discusses entrepreneurship with historical considerations, the concept and resources of the entrepreneur, social entrepreneurship and its configurations, and entrepreneurship in family farming. The second chapter deals with a research conducted at Cecafes, addressing the entrepreneurial profile of permits, emphasizing the perception of who is an entrepreneur and how he is used in the daily permits. This paper aims to contribute to the debate on a theme that, in the area of Administration, is still little considered when it comes to debris on the profile of family farm agricultural workers.
