We analyze his works intertwined with his life, highlighting the cultural and memorialistic aspects. Thus dividing the work into two parts, the first analyzing the backlands and nature, showing the construction of the backcountry scenery according to its landscape bridging the vision of Oswaldo Lamartine on the formation of this space and its contribution to it.
