The research, with a qualitative approach, is characterized as a case study with 8 Teaching Initiation Grant Holders, who entered the PIBID Pedagogy of the Higher Education Center of Seridó - CERES/UFRN/Caicó-RN through the Notices: 2022-2023 and 2024 - 2026. Methodologically, the field research will be carried out through the application of a Google Forms questionnaire, which will be organized through questions that seek to investigate the participants' perceptions about the integration between theory and practice, the development of pedagogical skills, the challenges faced in experiencing the Program and suggestions for improvements to increase its effectiveness in teacher training.
