The pieces of evidence support its importance, mainly regarding the actions of management in Nursing, including activities related to Permanent Health Education (PHE). The workplace is a practical place for learning, and the learning process must be ongoing. These processes cause high amounts of demands and information, together with the evaluation from nursing services that work with PHE-oriented actions must continue. That way, promoting planning actions, and the systematization of work processes that converge to providing quality care. This study aims to develop a digital solution (software), in a low code platform, in particular the tool Power Apps from the software package of Microsoft Power Platform, with the aim of managing the actions of permanent education directed at Nursing Professionals. Having as a scenery a responsible department of educational actions for Nursing Professionals from a university hospital in the south region of Brazil. This study was carried out with a methodological search method, in which the development of the software was constructed on the User-Centered Design model, concentrating on the user and their necessities. The development of digital solutions allowed changes in the department's routine, optimizing processes, evaluation of indicators, and outlining profiles for Permanent Health Education. Therefore, it was concluded that it is possible to develop a software, made by the Nursing Professional, using the low code platform, attending to the start principles of the User-Centered Design model.
