The research analyzes the business environment through the SWOT matrix, complemented by the GUT matrix, and examines external factors with the PESTEL analysis. The objective is to make the consultancy more efficient and sustainable by mapping and analyzing communication and distribution channels, structuring revenue sources, and proposing marketing strategies. Data collection included identifying the consultancy's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and prioritizing these factors to guide action plans. The PESTEL analysis provided a comprehensive overview of the political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal aspects affecting the business. The results highlight the importance of a holistic approach in creating and maintaining a robust and adaptable business model that can respond to the dynamics of the beauty and technology market.
