Our research objects describing and interpreting that discourse functioning, questioning its mechanisms, strategies and effect on the statement dispersion in the local culture. The Resistence, taken as a discursive event, was then investigated from the theoretical and methodological place of the French discourse analysis, about the articulation of the postulates of Michel Pêcheux with the arquegeneology formulated by Michel Foucault. The corpus analysis consists of academic discourse material, media, drama, urban entries, and cordel literature, pointed to several discursive irregularities, discourse interconnection, and meaning effects that mark the operation of the historical and semiological speech about the Resistence as a practical activity influenced by several acquaitance and power relations.
