In the context of academic rockets and its components, the fin plays a key role in stabilizing the flight, since the piece is subjected to both the air flow around it and the deformation of the rocket's body. With this in mind, it is essential to know the efforts to which the ensemble is submitted. This work is the structural static analysis of three geometric types of aluminum fin models, with the reduced drag coefficients, of the academic rocket Andromeda I through computational simulation. The structural analysis used the ANSYS software, in which the flow and its stresses were modeled, analyzing them according to the von Mises criterion. In the end, it was observed that in all 3 cases the maximum stresses of all efforts are below the force yield limit stress.
