When we think of a business environment, we often imagine large offices with traditional furniture, meeting rooms that convey seriousness and isolated workstations. However, when focusing on the people who occupy these spaces, it becomes essential to look for more welcoming and creative environments. Furthermore, it is important to consider the post-COVID-19 pandemic context. In 2020, professionals had to quickly adapt to working from home due to the coronavirus. When the pandemic officially came to an end, remote work had established itself as a new modality, and it continues to grow. However, home office environments do not offer the same benefits as a collaborative environment, and not everyone has the opportunity to have a suitable place to work at home. Therefore, this work aims to develop a modern architectural preliminary project for a corporate and coworking center with an emphasis on the person-environment relationship, aiming to meet the needs of users, in order to promote their physical and mental well-being. This study is justified by the current reality of the job market, where many workers face physical and mental exhaustion due to long working hours in unsuitable locations.
