A good psychomotor development in childhood is essential for the individual to be well structured in the motor aspects, intellectual and emotional adulthood. This study has the characteristic of an exploratory / descriptive research with qualitative where an intervention of nine months with psychomotor students was held in a daycare / school early childhood education with students from six months to three years, during this period there were two psychomotor evaluations, a mid-cycle using only observation and another end which has been applied to BPM tool (psychomotor battery) proposed by Victor Fonseca. Based on these results and liaising with these exposed bibliography, one can affirm the importance of the physical education classes through psychomotor practices help psychomotor development of the individual. From the proposed activities the teacher can stimulate the increase in motor skills, cognitive, affective and social student. Causing it to become more prepared to face the challenges of childhood, becoming an adult capable of higher expectations imposed by society which is an autonomous being. It also emphasizes the importance of psychomotor development of children with some physical / neural diagnosis and can have significant improvements in their psychomotor responses.
