As part of this objective, design of experiment, as well as analyzes of process stability and capacity and the evaluation of these results by two types of s ampling plans, single and double from AN / ASQ Z1. 4 for attributes. SI This paper tries to answer the following question: How to make the performance qualification of industrial processes with statistical base? Thus, we studied the process and product spe cification variables of an industrial process, the rolling process of a packaging industry through the use of statistical tools for control and performance in a case study. The main tools used are: design of the experiment, ACF (autocorrelation function) a nd PACF (partial autocorrelation function) plots, individual control plots with Western Electric rules application and adjustment of an ARIMA model for autocorrelated data.
