A significant challenge associated with this condition is the preventive screening and diagnosis. In Brazil, a Digital Health initiative called Osseus was created to facilitate the prevention and management of osteoporosis through screening in primary healthcare settings. As part of this initiative, this study presents a web-based application architecture aimed at improving communication and data management processes within the Osseus project. The study employed applied research in technological development combined with agile Scrum methodology concepts to design, develop, and validate an Electronic Health Record (EHR) architecture integrated with Osseus, contributing to the project's research and evolution.
