To achieve these objectives, a methodology based on the theoretical definition of HIVR and previous studies on its application in architecture is proposed. Performance tests are conducted on various architectural projects using three-dimensional models exported to Unreal Engine 5. The analysis evaluates the frame rate to ensure a smooth experience and avoid negative effects such as cybersickness and motion sickness. A model project is developed to demonstrate how the technology can be applied, showcasing best practices when using HIVR. The research also explores the barriers to the adoption of HIVR in project presentations, such as technical, financial, and expertise-related issues.
