The work was divided in two stages, in the first one it diagnosis of waste management was done by a data collect, systematic observations and a questionnaire sent to the employees through Cerberus software. Based on this questionnaire it was possible to identify the irregularities of the agency in relation to the National Policy of Solid Waste (PNRS).
