Limitations of human mind to deal with much information quickly become evident. So, information technologies are used to assist. This work reports a qualitative research regarding the expectations of nursing professionals about software use in support of wound care. The survey method was used through an online questionnaire with 14 closed questions and 1 open question. The questionnaire was distributed between January and February 2020, with return from 380 participants. Only the answers to the open question were analyzed in this work, using the discourse analysis method.
