This analog has a mass very close to solar and a determined age. Our knowledge about the evolution of the magnetic field of solar analogs is very limited. There are only a few number of bright solar analogs at the same age range as Kappa1 Ceti. One of the challenges of the young analog's research field is to find other stars with parameters as close to solar as Kappa1 Ceti. In this work, we use the Least-Squares Deconvolution (LSD) method in order to calculate the Stokes parameters I and V. We also calculate the chromospheric activity index (S-index) and the variation of this index. We use Lomb-Scargle periodogram in order to find the oscilation period of the S-index. The magnetic field and the chromospheric activity are calculated, respectively, based on Stokes I and V LSD profiles and based on Ca II H and K lines from the spectrum of our solar analog.openAccessAn error occurred getting the license - uri.An error occurred getting the license - uri.Kappa1 Ceti.
