Through a survey conducted with industry professionals, perceptions and suggestions about HSE practices were gathered, highlighting progress and challenges. The findings emphasize the importance of reducing bureaucracy, investing in modern technologies, strengthening employee training, and fostering greater integration between HSE management and daily operations. It was concluded that HSE management is not just a compliance tool but a strategic factor for operational sustainability.
