The proposal seeks to develop a brief overview of the profile of women who assume positions of leadership in projects in audiovisual companies. Based on the theoretical scope of authors who present research in the area, such as Ana Maria Conceição Veloso (2013), the methodology is developed through in-depth interviews. We identified and defined the cut-off of 3 small, medium and large companies as women leading the direction to which we added to the research.
