In the Brazilian construction industry is no different, as there are a large number of competitors. The goal is to describe how the statistical process control -SPC and failure modes and effects analysis -FMEA can be used in a building in order to continuously improve products, reduce costs and meet customer requirements. As a result it was found that mostly the problems are caused by lack of qualification of labor in Brazil that has no institutionalized training programs in business and investing little in training.
