So it's possible to realize that this professional is capable of exercising his part in different spaces, therefore, pedagogy in it is structure and legality is no longer directed only to the horizon of teaching-learning and restricting itself to the school. Based on this comprehension this article looks to an educational strand outside of the school, more specifically: the teaching and learning process inside hospitals. From my experience as a scientific intern in the project: "Teaching processes inside hospitals with children from 0 to 5 years old: A study of the characteristics about the implementation of a hospitalar classroom to children inside HOSPED (UFRN)" supervised by the Professor Jacyene Melo de Oliveira Araújo. The research focus on the approach of an indispensable need to an education inside the hospitals as an attention to a life's need, with integral care that regards the human being as a whole, and on this case, education beyond the teaching-learning processes, and also its positives effects in the hospitalized child. In the methodological aspect, the study was structured by the bibliographical, empirical and qualitative research in education. Based on the assumptions of the theorists Silva and Andrade (2013), Ceccim, (1999) Ceccim and Fonseca (2009), and Matos and Mugiatti (2009) and Matos (2014), besides documentary analysis of the laws and official documents of the pedagogical at the hospital. For the consolidating the research were based on the conjecture of Bogdan and Biklen (1994) and Haguette (2010). Individual interviews were conducted with semi-structured questionnaires of open and closed questions with the multidisciplinary team of pediatrics at HUOL. Debating the pedagogue's work place allows for the social and academical environment to know this project's action proposals and understand the relevancy of this professional inside the hospitalar context.
