Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Inovação em Tecnologias Educacionais) - Instituto Metrópole Digital, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2020.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/32181Video lessons are part of the current reality in education and are used as material support to teachers in classroom or online teaching. They can be accessed remotely, without barriers of time or place, and can be watched as often as you want and with support for audiovisual resources that helps to understand the content. However, they still present some adversities: they are linear, impersonal, expositive, sometimes long, do not allow to validate the student’s understanding during the execution, among other adversities. From this perspective, it was raised as a solution proposal to develop a gamified interactive video classroom format (GIV), which establishes a dialogic and stimulating communication with the student, using video classes, interactivity and game elements. To this end, the research was divided into three phases, the first phase being the modeling of the prototype, with the conceptual processes of the base software, elements of gamification and planning of video classes, followed by the second phase with the development of the prototype, concluding with the third phase, with the validation tests and analysis of the results. An evaluation tool based on the DECIDE Framework was used for the validation. A questionnaire was applied to specialists to inspect the GIV interface in the measurement of pedagogical and communication dimensions, including the latter the elements of gamification, to understand its potential as educational software. The result achieved shows an acceptance of 87% in the pedagogical dimension and 93% in the communication dimension, thus being able to conclude that the GIV is an educational software proposal with high pedagogical potential.Acesso AbertoVideoaulaInteratividadeGamificaçãoMetodologia ativaAmbiente interativo de aprendizagemCaminho adaptativo de aprendizagemVideoaula interativa gamificadamasterThesis
