The proposal aims to understand how cinematographic works can help students develop a more critical, reflective and improved historical awareness. To achieve this objective, a bibliographical analysis was carried out, combined with a critical presentation on its practical application carried out in the Supervised Internship for Teacher Training in Elementary Education.
