In this context, this study addresses the need to promote environmental sustainability in the bicycle company Ciclo do Irmão, through the 5W2H plan. The objective of this work is to develop a sustainable action plan using the 5W2H methodology, in order to encourage environmental sustainability in the company through strategic actions, such as minimizing negative impacts on the environment, increasing recycling, promoting efficiency energy and encouraging the conscious use of resources. With this, an attempt was made to understand and propose practical solutions to implement sustainable practices in the company, aiming at raising awareness among employees and customers, and strengthening its image as an organization committed to environmental responsibility.
