Currais Novos, RN, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/64222The municipality of Lagoa Nova, located in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte, in the Seridó Potiguar region, has cultural attractions that are part of the history of the city and its communities, and are related to natural, cultural and ancestral aspects. Thus, this work was configured as a proposal for a cultural itinerary. Its general objective is to build a cultural itinerary in the rural area of Lagoa Nova/RN, seeking possibilities for the dissemination of Historical and Cultural Heritage and its appropriation by cultural tourism. The theoretical framework articulates Cultural Tourism, History and Cultural Heritage. Methodologically, a bibliographic review, application of questionnaires and documentary analysis were used. Regarding the questionnaires, they were applied to the coordinators and those responsible for the spaces.
