Faced with a lack of information about the backstage of this crime, YouTube channels such as SobreVivendo na Turquia have emerged as potential prevention tools. This work, linked to Linguistics, investigates how referencing activities in the channel's videos construct the discourse object “human trafficking” and contribute to understanding its prophylactic effectiveness, applying the theories of Mondada and Dubois (2003) and Koch (2003, 2004) to a corpus made up of online videos. The methodology is based on the analysis of speeches extracted from the videos, using a referential activity mapping model. The results show that the videos promote a recategorization of knowledge about the concept of human trafficking, based on concrete experiences that reveal the methods of virtual solicitation. The conclusion is that the channel, by re-signifying the concept of human trafficking through personal narratives and empirical data, not only raises awareness of the grooming process that precedes the crime, but also offers a replicable discursive model for public prevention policies.pt-BRAttribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/ReferenciaçãoPrevençãoTráfico Humano.Sobrevivendo na Turquia: o acesso ao conceito de tráfico humano no trabalho de prevençãobachelorThesis
