The municipal civil servants aims to be professionally valued and thus they have prospects for professional growth. This study has the theme of opportunity handle on appreciation and satisfaction of employees in public departments such as the case of the Currais Novos City. This research project aims to examine the concerns of all employees of Currais Novos with respect to the wage instability . The lack of implementation of the career plan for the prefecture of support staff, because the servers aims to be professionally valued and they have prospects for professional growth. In this work, a methodology on the study of the plan of positions and salaries and employee motivation was applied, so that they can collect data through questionnaires with 37 employees of a target audience of 379 officials Administrative Agent and support (General Assistent, Cook and Guard) composed of all departments of the municipality, applied randomly, only to statutory and gazetted. With intention to report describe perceptions, expectations and suggestions stabilished by employees (target audience) about the level of understanding of the career path in the public sector. The research was done because of the claim of the employees, because they are unmotivated in relation to its earnings.
