Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) - Curso de Administração, Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/65359This study aims to analyze the application of the concept of dynamic capabilities in the teaching of Administration through the use of films as a pedagogical tool. The dynamic capabilities comprise three dimensions: sensing, seizing, and transforming, and are essential for organizations to adapt and innovate in constantly changing environments. The research adopts a qualitative and exploratory approach, using thematic analysis of five selected films: Black Panther (2018), Good Will Hunting (1997), Interstellar (2014), The Social Network (2010), and Moneyball (2011). The films were chosen because they present narrative contexts that illustrate different aspects of dynamic capabilities in action. The analysis was conducted based on specific excerpts from the cinematographic narratives that highlight strategic decisions, perception of opportunities, and organizational transformation. The results indicate that cinema, by representing complex and challenging situations, contributes to the practical understanding of abstract concepts, bringing students closer to more meaningful, critical and contextualized learning. Each film analyzed demonstrated, through its characters and plots, moments of reading the environment, making strategic decisions and adapting to changes, in line with the proposed model. In addition, an interpretative model was developed based on the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities that can be applied to other cinematographic works, expanding the didactic possibilities in teaching Administration. It is concluded that the use of films as an educational resource promotes student engagement and favors the development of analytical, reflective and creative skills, being an innovative and effective approach in higher education on strategic themes. It is expected that this study will encourage pedagogical practices that integrate art, theory and experience, contributing to the training of managers who are better prepared for the challenges of the contemporary organizational environment.pt-BRAttribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/AdministraçãoEnsino superiorEnsino de AdministraçãoDinâmica (Técnica de grupos)Ferramenta pedagógicaRecursos audiovisuais (Filme)Capacidades dinâmicas e o uso de filmes no ensino da AdministraçãobachelorThesisCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO
