Against the backdrop of the Ministry of Health's Emergency Operations Center (COE) for Covid-19, the research aims to analyze working conditions and their impacts on the health of the team at the Covid-19 Emergency Operations Center. As specific objectives, it aims to know the sociodemographic and professional profile of the Covid-19 Emergency Operations Center team, identify the stressors originated in the work environment of this work team and identify elements that give pleasure in carrying out the work. This is a descriptive and exploratory research, with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire applied, in the face-to-face format, with the members of the COE, and this instrument was completed in person.
