Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Enfermagem) - Departamento de Enfermagem, Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/64973Objective: to associate the glycemic profile with the socioeconomic conditions of pregnant women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) attended at high-risk prenatal care. Method: secondary cross-sectional study with 30 pregnant women from the Maternidade Escola Januário Cicco, analyzing sociodemographic, clinical, and laboratory data through descriptive statistics. Results: the average age was 33 years, with a wide variation (20 to 42); 50% resided in the capital; 58% lived in stable union; 56.6% had completed high school; 63.3% had a family income between 1 and 2 minimum wages; 76.7% had a family history of diabetes; the average fasting glucose was 88.2 mg/dL, ranging from 67.6 to 144.9 mg/dL. Conclusion: the study highlighted factors associated with the glycemic profile and socioeconomic conditions of these pregnant women, reinforcing the importance of early detection and the integration of health care levels to prevent complications, despite the limitation due to late arrival at prenatal services.pt-BRAttribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/Diabetes GestacionalFatores SocioeconômicosPré-natalAssistência Integral à Saúde.gestational diabetesSocioeconomic FactorsPrenatalComprehensive Health Care.Diabetes Mellitus Gestacional: associação entre os fatores socioeconômicos e o perfil glicêmico de gestantesGestational diabetes mellitus: association between socioeconomic factors and the glycemic profile of pregnant womenbachelorThesisCIENCIAS DA SAUDE
