To this end, based on the spreadsheet provided by the Central Unit of Therapeutic Agents (UNICAT), a search for processes was carried out on public consultation platforms (sites such as TJRN and PJE). From the data collection, the stratification of sociodemographic information, legal variables, regarding the management of Pharmaceutical Assistance, in addition to the classification of drugs using the Anatomical and Therapeutic Chemical System (ATC), and the patient's diagnosis. Our results pleased a constant in the sociodemographic profile of the authors, where the majority were women from the interior of the state, an increase in representativeness from private law, as well as in decisions that used technical support. In addition, there was a balance between the proportions of the most needed medications, a behavior not previously observed. In these processes, the most demanded drugs were Bevacizumab and Tocilizumab, the latter being necessary in 96.88% of cases for patients hospitalized with Covid-19, being a notable occurrence for the second year of the pandemic. It was also observed how antineoplastic drugs constitute a large part of the necessary drugs.
