The relations of oppression between the margins and the centers, symbolic and territorial, reflect the logic of colonization that has survived over the centuries, the coloniality. In this paper, we reflect on the potential of communication in a social emancipation movement, based on productions financed by the Aldir Blanc Cultural Emergency Law, during the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to do so, we analyze, from the perspective of decolonial and emerging theories of the global south, cultural products that represent some of the social segments historically affected by coloniality: indigenous populations, black people and the LGBTQIA+ community.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/DecolonialidadeColonialidadeProdução CulturalComunicaçãoCulturaAmérica LatinaA comunicação como ferramenta de emancipação: uma análise decolonial de projetos culturais financiados pela Lei Aldir BlancCommunication as a tool for emancipation: a decolonial analysis of cultural projects financed by the Aldir Blanc LawbachelorThesis
